We can generally define loneliness as sadness or as a rejection. Loneliness is painful as you have no one to share your feelings with, and what happens throughout the day. But why do we feel lonely? Rejection from your partner (Break-up) is the most common reason for Loneliness these days.

The problem is we build our home in someone else’s heart. When those people walk away, those home go with them. We start thinking that there’s something wrong with us. “It has to be my fault” is the most common perception.

But I want to tell you one thing loud and clear; it’s not your fault, it’s their fault who treat your care as a burden and your love as a load. It’s not your fault that you believed them. It’s their fault that they lied. They should be ashamed, not you.

Your heart will hurt because you cared. Their heart will not hurt because they didn’t. If they care, they would not have hurt you.

I want you to focus on your long-term happiness. Success, getting that perfect six pack abs and fulfilling your dreams.

But then, how to get rid of Loneliness first? The first thing you need to do is to master yourself. Control your mind because change has to come from the Internal and not External. Once you master yourself, impossible will no longer stand in the way of your dreams. Remind your heart and brain again and again that you don’t want to seek their love. You only need to love yourself. Your body will never leave you; it will wake up with you and sleep with you.
